* No charge for rain cancellation before lesson.

* Rain cancellation during lesson – no charge for first 15mins. After 15mins, it’ll be charged per block of 15mins.

* Last minute cancellation (less than 4 hours) – full fee payable to the coach.

* For non-package lessons, fees are payable via cash, paynow / paylah to the respective coach after the session.

* For packaged lessons, fees are payable via cash, paynow / paylah upfront to the respective coach. The coach will keep the record of each lesson completed via WhatsApp to the student. The remainder of the lessons will be forfeited if the student/s fail to complete the lessons within 3 months.

*Students are responsible to arrange and book the tennis court at their condo or public courts. Booking fees and all other fees imposed by the facility / condo management are to be borne by the students
