I chanced upon a coach advertising his services, claiming to be one of the most outstanding coach in the country. What strike me is his remark on: ‘you can only play as well as your coach’s skill.’. I beg to differ. Case in point… is Uncle Toni a better player than Nadal? Or is Federer’s coach as good as him? What do you all think?

Thanks for your thoughts. Yes, it’s very true. We have so many examples of true greats who exceed their coaches level. Another example is the Williams sisters initially coached by their father.
