Terms and Conditions
* No charge for rain cancellation before lesson.
* Rain cancellation during lesson – Pro-rated. After 30 mins, full fee will be charged.
* Student late for class – Full fee will be charged.
* Less than 12 hours notice of class cancellation – Full fee will be charged.
* For non-package lessons, fees are payable via cash, paynow / paylah to the respective coach after the session.
* For packaged lessons, fees are payable via cash, paynow / paylah upfront to the respective coach. The coach will keep the record of each lesson completed via WhatsApp to the student. The remainder of the lessons will be forfeited if the student/s fail to complete the lessons within 6 months.
*Students are responsible to arrange and book the tennis court at their condo or public courts. Booking fees and all other fees imposed by the facility / condo management are to be borne by the students.
Indemnity
* Tennis Lab Singapore will do its utmost to ensure the safety of all participants, but will not accept any liability for the injury or loss of life of any persons at any of the sessions conducted by the coaches.
* You shall indemnify Tennis Lab Singapore against any actions, lawsuits, claims and liabilities arising from your participation or your child’s participation in any of our sessions and programs.
